Cecile joined the Nike London team as we were jumping, head-first, into the city’s Olympics 2024 project. From the offset, she was proactive, motivated, keen to move at speed and came with solutions that challenged the team to think outside the box when the project hit its inevitable hurdles.

Super personable, empathetic and solutions-focused, Cecile is honestly one of the best producers I’ve worked on a project with. She worked endlessly to understand the complicated Nike matrix and wasn’t afraid to ask questions so that she could assist the team and help move the project along. As a creative, I love that Cecile is also a creative thinker, offering solves for art direction and copy whenever we were understaffed or needed a little inspiration. She always lends a hand, even when the responsibility isn’t her own, and the Nike team love her for that! She’s a true hybrid and what project couldn’t do with someone like Cecile on the team?!

I managed Cecile for over 3 years at Farfetch, from November 2018 to February 2022, in her role as Creative Project Manager, which saw her managing large scale productions from end to end within the luxury market. Cecile excelled in this role, where on a day to day she would delegate tasks to a team of Art Directors, Producers, Fashion Editors, Designers and more, whilst overseeing budgets and timelines, leading on all client communications including briefs and approvals and following process meticulously at all times to ensure operational excellence. 

Cecile was truly an amazing asset to the team and led by example for new joiners. No task was too big or small for Cecile, and ‘no’ was simply not in her vocabulary. An avid and quick learner, Cecile progressed rapidly and soon found herself working on our largest, most important and most demanding accounts, to which she delivered seamlessly at all times. I strongly believe that with Cecile’s hardworking nature, dedication and expertise, she can add real value to any team. 

As a freelancer, Cecile is a reliable and dedicated resource. The team thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Despite her short time with us, she blended in with the team quickly and seamlessly bringing genuine passion and interest in the work and a contagious good humour. Cecile was open to learn and adjust to new and changing ways of working and generally get her teeth into anything that landed on her table.

Cecile is a key asset to any creative team. Her greatest strength is that she’s able to cut through noise and extraneous detail to get to the heart of any issue that needs troubleshooting. She’s can coordinate the competing priorities of multiple colleagues and distill them into a coherent plan of action, all the while keeping channels of communication clear and concise.

Cecile is organised, thorough, diligent and highly process-driven. She is able to oversee productions from inception to completion with ease, always ensuring they stay on budget and within agreed time parameters. She has strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. She is firm but fair and commands the respect of her peers in all she does. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Cecile on the Media Solutions team at Farfetch between the years of 2018 and 2021. We worked on many campaigns together - myself as an Art Director and Cecile as Project Manager.

I very much enjoyed working on campaigns with Cecile because her natural talent as a Project Manager made my job as smooth as possible. She was incredibly motivated to deliver on the best outcome for our clients, and had a solution-orientated approach to any issues that arose throughout a given project. Her organisational skills and attention to detail was very high, allowing us to deliver many high performing campaigns together.

Cecile has a consistently positive, friendly persona which made our working experience together very enjoyable. As a result of this, she developed strong client relationships and was well-liked by our team and wider Farfetch colleagues.

I found her to be a calming presence amid the fast paced nature of our campaigns, yet she worked well under this pressure and was able to confidently manage the expectations of our clients.

Cecile was a real asset to our team and the speed at which she has developed professionally within the past few years goes to reflect her innate ability at her role.
